Academy Smart Talks is the open event within the framework of PASIFIC programme addressed to all those who wants to know more and appreciate scientific research.

First edition took place on 26th October at the Museum of the Earth in Warsaw (Pniewski Villa) PASIFIC Fellows met with high school students and talked about what they do and how their research can impact the lives of all of us.

Meet the first participants – Monika Chwalczuk from Poland and Syed Ahmad Shah from Pakistan.

Monika has joined the PAS Institute of Psychology in 2022, where she investigates whether gestural production of the interpreters impacts their cognitive load in consecutive interpreting.

Syed Ahmad is currently working at the PAS Institute of Fundamental Technological Research, where he conducts research on stimuli-responsive hydrogels for diversified biomedical applications.
